Returning Home   Leave a comment

I belong to a group of people who voluntarily restore old photo’s.  Not long ago a gentleman posted four photo’s of his Uncles all had served in WWII.  As often the case was none were ever home at the same time in those years.  Having a soft spot for the military I asked if I could create a digital art piece for him – to which he agreed.  All four Uncles had seen combat and each had a story to tell and fortunately all returned home safe, married and raised families.  It was such a special pleasure to create “Returning Home” for him.
